YES we can do it, if we stop wasting money on the 1% and the military and war...... As I've always said. There is no over-population problem on Earth, only a greed and stupidity problem. People are important. Sterilising the women of any Nation, to stop population growth, either surgically or with artificial estrogen "Birth Control Pills", takes the "LOVE" out of the Nation. Without "LOVE" a Nation becomes cold and mean and hard. Without "LOVE" a Nation makes the wrong choices. "LOVE" is the key. "LOVE" will find a way. "LOVE" is more than a word thrown around by people who can never have any biological understanding of love...
