Dicks note: I added the comments right at the bottom of this article. Underneath the shallow heartless comments from that idiot.
Credits to this organisation, they kept this article on-line for 9 months. Now they have removed it from their site. I guess they got "leaned on" for their opinions? Seems nobody is allowed to say this war must end?
To my knowledge, both sides of every political party in the western world condones the war in Afghanistan (Except for the Australian Greens) ... Well, Pornrevolution.net is still saying, "it's WRONG folks"!

On Monday June 7, the war in Afghanistan became the longest war in U.S. history. Today we helped run an ad in Politico telling Congress to set a responsible withdrawal plan that’s complete no later than December of 2011. Big thanks to all the USAction / TrueMajority members whose contributions helped make this ad possible.

Do you agree that it’s time to end the war? Then sign the petition below and let your congress member know:

The Afghanistan war is now the longest in U.S. history.

After more than $1 trillion spent; more than 1,000 American soldiers killed; and countless Afghan people killed, injured or displaced by the fighting, it’s time to end this war.

Please support the efforts of Rep. McGovern and others to demand that no more money be appropriated for this war until the president presents a plan for a withdrawal that’s complete no later than December 2011.

Fritz, was your comment supposed to be for one of our BP posts? If not, what does oil have to do with the war in Afghanistan?

Yes indeed, GREAT work people for having the guts to stand up to the mainstream media and crazy company’s and Governments…… Afghanistan is a war we will NEVER win…… All the western world is achieving is to
make more enemy’s…… It’s time to end this war and ALL wars…… What a MASSIVE waist of taxpayers funds…… We could solve ALL of our problems with that money…… End poverty, save the environment, give ALL the people of the world quality of life, and even eventually colonise other planets…… But I propose, we of the western world, do more than just pack up and leave places like Iraq and Afghanistan, after we have caused them so much pain and suffering…… I propose we spend our war budget for just a few more years on GENUINE projects to give these people quality of life and less reason to hate us…… I propose we build them Mega-desalinated water plants with water infrastructure for millions of small scale organic family farms…… I propose we build houses out of salt blocks, made from the salt discharge…… This is easily affordable as a viable alternative, to ending war, FOREVER…… Instead of the outrageous, waist-full, awful, horrible, murderous war budgets, we the people have been funding…… I propose we do this, say sorry and get off their lands. Sincerely yours Dick

PLUS! As a bonus, just imagine the difference, millions of small scale organic family farms will make to the environment…… By “greening up” some of the superheated inhospitable desert areas of the world…… No multinational profit hungry anti-desertification project could EVER achieve anywhere near as much. Cheers folks
