As you know, I usually back up almost everything I write with studies or the conclusions of leading researchers. Try these simple rules for a day or two:

9) Joke with Her.

10) Smile. I don't care if you lost your job, the dog ran away and the your kid just backed the car into the mailbox - give her a smile that shows you think about her above all the problems and busyness of life.

11) Favors. Do her a few favors.
Simple repeat #4 through #11 throughout the day and by the end of the day most women will be ready. Remember that woman are stimulated generally by Oxytocin and so touch and emotions are what drive her wild. Again, you should be enjoying all these things, so it's not manipulation, it's just good common sense.

And, of course, if you are not doing #4 through #11, I hope you haven't been surprised at her reaction in and around the bedroom. Females are not as unpredictable as we guys like to think. It's not that females are unpredictable, it's generally that we are so emotionally unreliable.

So get busy. Every item above is enjoyable, especially with an attractive female. And all are very easy. I'm not asking you to build a 1,500 square foot addition onto the back of your home or trench a 30 foot sewer line with hand shovel. I'm just asking for you to take a little time out of you day for the things that females, and you too if you are honest with yourself, crave and need. There is no reason not to do any of them, except for laziness or stupidity.

You know that women love babies and puppies. Do you really think that a gentle, compassionate creature such as that is going to want to go to bed if you can't do something so simple as an occasional kiss, hug or discussion?

More importantly, you will find that these are all actually foreplay for her. You are investing in the day for a payoff at night so to speak. Seriously, a few gentle kisses will drive her much more crazy than anything else you could do.
