I will try to say this in as few words as possible, but not easy. This is my idea in a nutshell, it’s a very detailed and complex issue and I will provide you with much more info later if you’re interested. I know you get presentations every day, but please please please SIR, read me, this is different, and can benefit your company greatly.

I heard Mr Branson SIR, that you were offering a large amount of cash to anyone who can come up with the answer to the Global environment crises.

I believe I have what is a “large” part of the solution. BUT it’s a BIG BOLD plan, not for the weak hearted. But I seriously think we have to do this.

All my life I have had good ideas stolen from me, you are more than welcome to steal this idea off me SIR. I have already tried to present it to other powerful people.

BUT, I STRONGLY suggest that you should take me “on board” as an adviser at least, because I “ALWAYS” have brilliant ideas. Ok enough advertising and more “action”.

Here it is. If my memory is correct Al Gore is saying we can expect a minimum sea level rise of 3 meters within the next 10 to 20 years and a maximum rise of 9 meters in the next 10 to 20 years “worst case scenario”.

If we link this with suggestions that the ocean currents could stop and the world could fall into another ice age. Well, these are very severe problems looming to say the very least.

I don’t have all the facts, I’m new with computers, I need a team of researchers “at least” to assist me. But from what I can gather, a 3 meter rise will mean large parts of the GREAT INLAND SEA of Australia, a very old sea that is now a desert will go underwater.

I have seen some maps of where this great sea used to be, some maps say it covered one third of Australia’s total land mass,(near half the size of the U.S.A.). Others say it covered TWO thirds of Australia's total land mass.

Australia needs to appeal to the world for assistance to “dig out” this great sea. At the very least, dig out the future “shipping channels” but I want to see much more, its going under anyway. And all it is at present is unpopulated, inhospitable, lifeless, desert. A MASSIVE, excessively hot, "COLUMN" of SUPER-HEATED AIR going right up to 35,000 feet.

While this area remains a SUPERHOT desert it continues to make a HUGE contribution to Global warming.

I want to see the world, even the military, involved in this project.

It's about time the military of the world did something constructive, for planet and people.

Seriously digging out this ancient inland sea, now desert, in preparation for the “high tide”, relocating small town’s onto man made islands, removing all the minerals, finding the last ancient wonders buried beneath the earth, before it all goes underwater again. The deeper we make it the better, we don’t want a shallow sea, we want it deep. The depth of this huge sea could even make a difference to the overall rise in the oceans.

Also this massive area of superheated dessert land, once flooded, will then cool, making a significant difference to global temps. But wait SIR there is much more.

One Billion SMALL FARM EXPERTS in the Mekong and Bangladesh delta's are soon to go underwater, producing about 85% of the world’s rice.

We must relocate these people to Australia. It’s our DUTY as human being’s to not let them drown or starve, and Australia’s rewards for making the right decision will be great. We relocate these people around this sea, the remaining desolate parts of Oz, and encourage them to grow tree crops with the help of mega desalinated water plants.

Only population and brains will make Australia the superpower it deserves to be. That will be Australia’s good Karma reward for reversing this crisis. I am at your service SIR if you would like to discuss this further.

This is a letter Dick tried his heart out to email to ANY branch or dept of Virgen, BUT we are really not sure if we could get though to anyone of them, because all their application form's are outrageously overcomplicated. Give them Sun, dirt and water, and they are creating wealth, for everyone, it spins off on everyone.
