Yoga is GREAT. My favorite is Iyengar Yoga, it's much more dynamic than the others. A good couple of hours of Iyengar Yoga burns up nearly as many calories as a couple of hours of a very soft Martial Arts style, only it leave you feeling much more relaxed and energized, all the way to your core, deep in your soul. I was very fortunate and found one of Australia's finest Iyengar Yoga Teachers, who studied under the Master himself in India, she was 65 and looked like a very beautiful 40 year old, and getting back to the Martial Arts and combat side of things, this woman was a Hindu, a vegan, and didn't have an aggressive bone in her body, but if attacked she was UNBREAKABLE, so strong and supple. She was a tantra expert also and taught small Tantra classes to a select few, she had to be careful because so many Australians are inhibited prudes and too poorly evolved to ever become spiritually and sexually liberated. MAN that woman knew how to make love. She taught me so many AMAZING sexual techniques for good health, connecting to the universe and of course pure pleasure.
